1. The Main Grade
In soft magnetic alloys the main grade is 1J50, 1J51. The main grades in expansion alloys are 4J36, 4J42, 4J50.
2. Key Production Process
The main process of this product is smelting.
3. Size And Allowable Deviation
The size and allowable deviation of the cold drawn wire shall be in accordance with table 2.

If the diameter is beyond the above table range, both parties shall specify in the contract after negotiation. The dimensional tolerance of the bright surface is half that of the hot rolled surface.
4. Smelting Process
The products are smelted by vacuum induction furnace and ESR.
5. Company Qualification
We have passed the quality management system certification of GB/T 19001-2016/ISO9001:2015.
6. Packaging And Transportation
7.1 Packed in trays or bundles, each consisting of a wire rod.
7.2 Cold drawn and polished bars shall be packed in bundles.
7.3 The winding wire should be arranged neatly and tightly around the shaft.
7.4 The mode of transportation can be purchased by sea or air.
